Our packages are shipped via UPS. All shipping charges are calculated by UPS in accordance with item weight. Orders typically take 10-14 business days to ship from our manufacturer in California. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of this email for your tracking information to become active on ups.com.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new FitMiss® activewear, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your order. Since our products are custom made and uniquely tailored to meet your preferences, we are unable to accept returns. You will be able to enter your measurements during the design process. Our measurement guide is available on each product page to help you with your personalized fitting. Before we ship your order, we will conduct a quality check to ensure accuracy and premium production. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping with out completing the claims process with UPS. We do not offer refunds but if you are not 100% satisfied with your new FitMiss® activewear, please contact us.
